Move them up - or out

I recently have been hired on to turn around an underperforming admissions team. My task involves training and developing a small team increase daily activites to drive the overall success of the organization. I've noticed poor work habits and intend on addressing them. I conduct weekly Employee Development Meetings and provide feedback and we work on goal setting. If employees aren't progressing then they will have to be placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (with HR's approval) and "get with the program". Get on the train, or get off.
