Although it seems like common sense, it would certainly be prudent to review and redefine a plan after a crises has occured. This course helped me hone in on some of the areas my own company can/should improve it's crises plan(s).

Agreed -- it seems like common sense, but there is so much going on in the world that common becomes uncommon.  This was a great refresher!
