This training has been incredibly valuable in preparing me for my role as a new Director. I gained a much clearer understanding of how to navigate the website and where to find essential information. The deeper dive into program requirements—especially those related to documentation and regulatory expectations—was extremely helpful.

One of the areas that stood out to me most was the detailed explanation of Financial Assistance requirements. I now have a stronger grasp of the distinctions between partial and full funding, the timeframes involved, and how these decisions impact both families and program operations.

A challenge I am still working through is identifying the exact deadline for staff to complete their required continuing education hours. While I have a general understanding, I plan to review this further to ensure full compliance and to support my team effectively.
