<p>Great team member guidelines.&nbsp; I think many employees never get past the first 2.&nbsp; It takes time for teachers to see that they are doing more than dishing out information--they are shaping work ethics and modeling company values.&nbsp; The employee/instructor who just comes in and puts their time in really would benefit from intervention to keep them fresh and invested in their career.</p>
