The course is good. I learned how to engage difficult interactions and situations. 

Sometimes you just need to step away from a situation and allow emotions to calm down.

Its best to address issues early and not let them get out of hand.

I think there were some great ideas on how to rebuild a relationship.

The course has taught me a lot about how to properly manage a team; that is not only independent of the management but can also potentially be able to work as one by fixing their conflicts and problems.

When you see an issue arise, address it and allow the team to figure out the solution.

Best to keep calm, understand the issues, and try to diffuse as much as possible....this leads to better dialogue in resolving the conflicts.

The techniques covered in this training (specifically listening skills and changing your own behavior) were particularly helpful.

This is a difficult topic due to how everyone's perspective can be different in any situations. This was great information about hadling conflict, or letting it go; depending on the situation. Another great class.
