I learned that game design offers many career pathways, from programming and animation to writing, sound, and project leadership. I will apply this by helping students explore different roles, build portfolios, and connect their classroom skills to real industry opportunities.

The importance of balancing creativity and structure in game design education. I now understand how to create an engaging environment for students by combining practical skills with creative exploration. I plan to apply this by encouraging students to set clear goals while giving them space to experiment and innovate.
There are so many unexpected pathways that life takes our students, so preparing them with modern tech and sparking their creativity and motivation for their careers will only help them. I intend to share some of the varied pathways that students can take and help them see the roads that can lead them there when they have well defined goals.
