What have you learned? - I learned the importance of lesson plan, check list and other activities for the class room teaching. Specially importance and how effective should be the first day of class. What kind of information should be provided and what kind of information should be get from the students on very first day of class. How can you apply it? - i am going to make some changes in my syllabus. I always include try to include all required information about course, but i didn't include dress code policy and certain school policies. Also i will try to bring at least one speaker from community to share their experience for successful career with students. What support do you need? - My college and organization is very cooperative. Whenever i need any help or guidance, they are always ready and happy to help. This is one of the reason that i am able to teach very effectively and students are also getting good grades, not only that but at the end of the day they are leaving school and waiting for next day to come back.
