<p>I have recently completed ED104.&nbsp; It has helped me undertstand the importance of detailing expectations for students to ensure an organized, well managed, classroom.&nbsp; It has also made me recognize what I have already been doing to better manage my classrooms. Professional interaction with students was also a key point for this unit.&nbsp; I am a stickler for professionalism but am able to show the students that I am fun and love what I do.</p>
