<p>Hi - I completed ED117 - Generation Y students - this course provided some good insight into the characteristics of Gen Yers.&nbsp; I found it to be helpful in developing strategies for working with this generation in the classroom. Students from this generation prefer activities involving technology, however, they are not good critical thinkers and instructors need to work on this aspect with students.&nbsp; Most employers are looking to hire problem solvers and people who can analyze a situation.&nbsp; This is a challenge for this generation.</p>
