<p>I have the same experience with my students. Soft skills can be mentored and taught while conveying the basic content of the course. I&nbsp;am more and more&nbsp;aware that&nbsp;the attitude we convey to our students&nbsp;about&nbsp;the&nbsp;classsroom and about the course content&nbsp;can be as important as the content we are delivering.&nbsp; A &nbsp;positive&nbsp;approach does seem to impact the mangement of the class overall.</p>
