I have the same experience with my students. Soft skills can be mentored and taught while conveying the basic content of the course. I am more and more aware that the attitude we convey to our students about the classsroom and about the course content can be as important as the content we are delivering.  A  positive approach does seem to impact the mangement of the class overall.

I was very appreciative to have had access to this very well organized course.  Although interesting, at times the course seemed to make a lot out of the obvious. I enjoyed the addition of the short classroom videos.
