Especially the age and cultural diversity&nbsp;gave me lots to re-think and re-plan and focus more on these two aspects.&nbsp;It also made me more aware of my body language and tone of voice - will have to work on some of these on my "bad days".</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
