This module reinforced the importance of intentionally designing a full continuum of work-based learning experiences rather than relying on isolated opportunities. I’ve learned that access and progression must be built into the program so every student moves from awareness to real-world application. Moving forward, I plan to be more deliberate in tracking student participation across each level and ensuring barriers like scheduling or confidence don’t limit access. I also want to strengthen reflection at each stage so students better understand their skills and career fit. Overall, I will apply this by creating a more structured, equitable system that guarantees meaningful, hands-on experiences for all students.
