I learned that program evaluation should be ongoing and lead to action. Overall results can hide gaps, so it is important to check whether all student groups have fair access and support.
I plan to apply this in my cybersecurity classes by reviewing student progress, certification results and feedback from students and employers. I will use the findings to adjust lessons, address barriers and keep the program aligned with workplace needs.
