We have a separate Notebook for Dept of Ed and our Accreditation agency.
We keep our notebooks in electronic format through a shared drive. We keep it current by meeting one Monday of every month.
We assigned one person to make all changes to the notebooks to keep it organized and have accountability.
We discuss topics such as Regulatory updates, changes, etc.
