To be frank I would never use cheese as an example because you are asking the students how to differentiate the cheeses. Most students don't compare cheese in their learning process. I suppose if the instructor actually explained the process then the student would have the capacity to recall. Now if it was a simple food like spaghetti it would be a different story.
