I learned that student feedback can help improve internship programs and school curriculum. Sharing experiences helps teachers understand what is working and what could be better. I can apply this by encouraging students to reflect on their experiences and use their feedback to improve future opportunities.

I learned that a good supervisor provides guidance, support, and clear goals to help interns succeed. I can apply this by giving students opportunities to observe, practice skills, and learn from different professionals. I also learned the importance of regular feedback and communication to help students grow professionally

I learned that reflecting on an internship helps students recognize what they gained from the experience. Presentations and reports allow students to share what they learned with others. Evaluations also help improve future internships and help students think about their career goals.

Modeling professional behavior helps students understand what is expected in the workplace. Teachers and mentors can demonstrate this through communication, responsibility, respect, and a positive attitude. Students learn by watching others and practicing these behaviors in real-life situations.

Experiential learning allows students to connect what they learn in the classroom to real-world situations. Internships give students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop important skills, and explore possible careers. I learned that these experiences can help students build confidence and better prepare them for future jobs.

The Supervisor and student should discuss the overall performance and give a good end evaluation on what if any, the student can improve on. This is also time for the students to provide feedback on what or how the supervisor can improve their skills with new interns.

The Supervisor should provide feedback and constructive critism to the student on there performance and behavior. There should be some documentation happening as well.

It is important to go over all the rules and expectations of the student at the internship. The student should be working on modeling positive and professional behavior and practices that they can utilize in a full time job setting.

The internship gives the opportunity to experience the job and its tasks prior to it becoming your full time work place. The more internships students do the more experience they will acquire.

Field experience and Internships allow students the hands on skills and opportunity to practical real world scenarios before going to college
