I've learnned that its very important to educate yourself about your company because you never know what type of questions employers might ask you.

This module was great and very educational. It was a great reminder about building relationships and really knowing your program.

I learned that is very important to do mock interviews with them to fully prepared them, and also review the do's and dont's with them

I learned that it is very important to break down the cover letter format to better assist our students and graduates. Explaining to them what type of salutaion or how to conclude the last paragraph.

Branding and networking plays a huge factor when it comes to finding the right job, as we learned 50% off the jobs are not advertised. 

I learned that everyone in my team has a special role that we can all learn from. 

Applying the collaborative principles to our department will be very beneficial.

I learned a lot about each generation especially mine and my husbands.

Giving our students and alumni the best opportunities for interships and to volunteer are very benefial for them.
