The purpose of viewing a student as an instructor is to make sure that they receive the services expected. Just like all or any other paying customer. If they are a struggling student, they also pay for creativity from instructors to be available for office or after class hours to assist students with difficult concepts.

Comment on Jose Rivera's post: I agree, sometimes for the beginning lectures I show students how to use their e-book. Features like highlighting or dictating in their Word docs notes can be confusing for young and adult learners. Regardless, we treat each student equally.

I like the paper airplane idea.

Especially in the medical field, you need to learnt to take direction.

From the module, I actually liked the idea of the web from the learning objectives. A lot of the students have material presented to them digitally and on the board. I haven't drawn a physical web, but I emphasize to the students that if they can answer the learning objectives, they are going to do good for the certification exam. A lot of students agree that it helps them focus their studying when they are at home.
