My name is Tammie Jones Whitfield. I am the third oldest of 11 siblings. 7 brothers and 3 sisters. I am married and have a daughter, 2 grandsons, and stepson. I have been in the ministry for almost two years now. The students success is important to me as an instructor.

How to be compliant?

What is the best way for an adjunct to make sure they are compliant with everything that is expected in education? I know we get a lot of direction from our PDs but is there anything else we can do to be proactive in making sure we are compliant?

Challenges with being an adjunct

Some of the challenges I have with being an adjunct is not know all there is to know or finding out information last. It is also hard to complete some things on time because of working a full-time job and then trying to make sure I have prepared myself to instruct my students.
