I feel that one of the most important soft skills is dependability. It is important for instructors to be dependable for the organizations. When you have an instructor who you never know if they are not going to show up for class or not able to meet certain requirements it places a strain on their peers. We have to be dependable as instructors because our students are watching us and it makes me wonder what type of message we are sending them.

This was an awesome course with some very important information in which I feel will be beneficial to my teaching career.

Taking this compliance course has helped me to understand the educational process. I am a new instructor and I am interested in learning all I can to become a great instructor. In order to do that I think it is important to learn all the rules and regulations.

It is important to make sure that the institution educate their employees and faculty of the current regulations. Regulations can change regularly and to insure the organization is meeting the needs of their students they will need to make sure the employees and faculty are educated first.
As an in structor I think it is good for the instructor to come up with different ways to interact with the students. This will help the students that may be shy or does not catch on doing things the conventional way.
