In my admissions role at MUST University, I understand that paperwork is a fundamental part of the process. Each applicant must be clearly informed about their rights, responsibilities, tuition and fees, and any conditions related to payment or financing. Every form must be completed and signed correctly, since they are essential for enrollment and compliance with regulations. Once the documentation is ready, I follow the institution’s procedures, ensuring files are properly reviewed, stored, or entered into the student management system. My responsibility is to know these processes in detail and strictly follow institutional policies to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

In my role in admissions at MUST University, I adapt the Florida model in three main ways. First, I make sure I fully understand the regulations that govern the institution in both the U.S. and Brazil, so I can provide candidates with accurate and reliable information. Second, I know the mission, methodology, and unique strengths of MUST, which allows me to clearly show how our programs align with each student’s goals. Third, I apply consultative and sales skills to identify profiles, match expectations, and highlight benefits. I also join meetings, suggest training, and stay updated to strengthen the university’s image.

I work as a International Partner Agent and this training is so essential because introduce so many concepts that I see in any moment of my day. Understanding how this knowledge its woks in the reality indicates that I am on the right path.
