I plan to use what I have learned from this training in the classroom. Ask students questions and give them time to reflect. Take time with students with hands on training to make sure they have a better understanding of the practical exercises. Set example for students to look up to and follow.

I have learned in this module that it is very important to be prepared for your class. Make notes of things you need that will make you become a more effective instructor. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
