Plans reduce stress on both the instructor and the students. It also allows everyone to understand what is expected and what is going to be achieved at the end of the lesson or instructional period. That being said you also need to allow for students to learn at different paces.
Having too much planned and not having enough material planned both give you poor results.
Assessments and evaluations should be a continous process throughout the course. Also, CTE instructors should ensure that goals and objectives meet education and industry standards to provide the most benefit to the student.
As a new instructor I was somewhat confused about goals, objectives, and outcomes because it seemed that I have heard them used interchangeably, now the terms make a more sense.
It was also good to be refreshed on Bloom's Taxonomy.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals.
