i have some stressors. but Im going to make a list and see if it helps to list it.

 

Time management os extremely important I believe we are starting a new program that will help with all of the things in this section.

 

I have learned, and will apply making lists for tasks. in accordance to their importance. I think it can only keep you more organized. thus reducing stress levels

 

I will keep notes on each class so that I can learn from experience and not make or repeat any mistakes 

 

It was very informative and interesting to see how many different types of students and personalities there are. It will keep me more aware of this, especially the first week of the term. My thoughts are to keep a journal for myself, and keep notes.

 

ive learned that your syllabus should be understood and that all assignments and due dates are clearly posted so there will be no misunderstandings for when they are due. And your syllabus understood so that expectations are set!

My action plan is to learn as much as I can from my amazing coworkers. They have so much to offer and are so great at what they do! I can't wait to get started.

I recently took the course ed101 for instructors. It was very informative and gave me some insight on what to expect from a new class, and my first ever class instructor experience. I learned  that all students learn at different levels, and that it is my job to use our curriculum to keep them interested and to continue to want to learn. In order to do that, I would need to be very organized, have the day's lessons ready, and be early and prepared.
