Patricia, Thanks for your input. You are right in that the work ethic and needs may vary greatly. the more we know about our students, the better prepared we can do. Thanks for a great list of things to think about.
Ms. Melendrez, Thanks for the questions. I think many students don't necessariyly need supervision, but they may need assistance especially if they have not learned online before. Technology is essential and it's important to tell students what is exepcted of them so they are prepared with the technology. Is the psychological change referring to learning online? Thank you.

Donna, Yes, making sure your expectations and the course outcomes are explained well and connected to the content is necessary. Then, assessing student work to make sure they are achieving the course outcomes and making revisions is perfect. Thanks!
Doug, You hit on several important points. Thanks for adding to the converstation. I love having the Code of Conduct.

Doug, You are so right. We're all different. Creating the environment you have discussed is perfect. And, you are right - easier said than done. Thanks!
Annie, You are right. Student feedback (as well as peer feedback) helps us update our courses and make them better. Thanks!
Hima, That's right. Course revision is a big part of closing the loop. It's important to get feedback from students and continue to improve/update the course to help students learn better. Thanks!
Doug, Good input. You are right. If the students are already using it, there is no learnig curve and they'll be checking it often. Thanks!
Hima, You are right. The feedback must be relevant, meaningful and help students learn more through the assessment. When students receive feedback they feel is individualized and helps them excel in the class, they are more likely to pay attention to the feedback. Nice job.
