Jonida, Constructive feedback and negative feedback are two completely different things. Constructive is good - that's how we know how to improve. Keep up the good work.

Jonida and Nicole, Good information and questions. It's good to put "rules/regulations" in the syllabus for RESPECT. I even saw a syllabus once that had a word for each letter in RESPECT and they all related to respecting each other and other's ideas. Making the rules/regulations and expectations clear to the students and enforcing them is also essential.

Kristina, For me accounting was difficult in a F2F class. ;-) Not my best subject. I can only believe that the videos you are developing and using are so beneficial to the students. You may even want to let the students use Jing or another screen capture program to teach others something about accounting and then you can keep them an develop a "library" of videos for future classes. I do that with my class and give participation points to the students. Keep up the good work.

Kristina, Many instructors use the 24 hour rule. It's good to have a plan and let the students know what that plan is. Good job.
