Lynn , You have provided a good list of things to consider in the online environment. The consistency you talk about is equally important as the accessibility, timeliness and the learning outcomes. Thanks for your input.
Patricia and Roger, Thanks for continuing the conversation. The type of rubric you use is important. Thanks for bringing this up again.

Patricia and Fred, Thanks for discussing the importance of updating rubrics. They are like anything else we develop (tests, lesson plans, etc.) in our classroom as we have to make sure they are up to date and measure what we want them to measure. Thanks!

Patricia, We do want to make sure students understand the expectations and we assess the assignments/projects correctly and with consistency. Be careful in developing your rubrics and explaining them to the students and you'll see the consistency increase. Thanks!

Patricia, We do have to ensure the criteria and points are appropriate and make sure we are assessing correctly. Thanks for your input.
Patricia, We do need to review our rubrics to make sure our criteria are correct and we are evaluating what we intend to assess. Thanks for your input.
