I agree that all departments must have effective communication and preparation for all upcoming audits, team work is essential. 

I learned to read slowly and pay attention the and or's in the context. 

The fines are motivation to recheck twice all processes and ensure all directive are correct. 

Sending out "Graduation Announcements" and Develop regular email communication this is great way to keep regular communication in addition to gathering references. 

I like the recommendation to have loan repayment and financial postings in the class rooms and around the school. I keeps the financial obligations on the mind of the student which will encourage retention and loan repayment. 

Ensuring all reporting is accurate and correct is criticle, the fines can cause a shut down of a school. 

I have learned how GAPS is used to provide balances, and access to report expenditures. 

I am successfully learning about the requirements of returning funds, and the use of NSLDS. The processing of calulations in a timely manner and the the neccessity of change in Status Request form.  

I have learned great organizational skills affect the student experience, never say "I don't know" and listening to the student encourages retention. Also, the need to meet with the student with in 48hrs of the admissions department.
