I know (and it was made clear in this section) to be uber careful with student information.  I would rather be too careful, especially when it come to information released to parents.  There was some IRS dependancy info in the lesson, but I just think some colleges handle this differently.  Maybe stricter rules, to be safe.

Treat all student information as confidential.  It is better to be safe than sorry.

Consent...  I think it is important for everyone involved to know that consent can be withdrawn at any time.

It is important to re-evaluate and update often.  I would think especially with on-line education and the changes in technology.  I'd guess some students could get pretty creative and inappropriate behind the keyboard, unfortunately.

Title IX Coordinator is very important.  If they are unethical, the college could be in a heap of trouble.  It's almost like you need two people to investigate, to keep each other in check.  Also, ALL employees should take this serious and be brave (and ethical) to report.

Title IX is a protection for all.  Students, faculty & staff.  Policies need to be in place to protect.  The person in charge of Title IX needs to be a reliable/responsible person passionate about the subject.
