I like how they focused on documentation being objective. Documentation should be informative and less subjective. You should go based on facts and stay away from being biased. 

Employment verification and collecting accurate data are crucial. These two, along with great communication amongst departments, can prevent errors in the long run. I liked the examples of Self-review, Peer review, and Final review. 

Employment verification programs are important to collect the most accurate data the university or student is looking for. It is really important to gather the correct data and input accurate data to avoid any legal issues. 

Employment reporting is not just important to the university but also to the students. Employment reporting will keep records of students after graduation, including salaries and important documents that will help the University. 

I think the five keys to the future are crucial. I like how they break it down, and I think this will be important for all students to learn and apply in the workforce. I really appreciate how they emphasized professional communication. Communication is key in the workplace. Students need to know how to communicate professionally and how to communicate with their coworkers. 

I really like how they emphasize strong communication and preparation before an interview.  I think mock interviews are really important for students as they prepare for the actual interview. I like how they also focused on the appearance aspect of the interview. I think students sometimes forget, but appearance is really important. The interviewer will first make up their opinion about your appearance in the first minute. I think preparing in general and practicing is also crucial for an interview. 

I really like how they explain the importance of the cover letter. A lot of people don't think a cover letter is important, and it is. I really like how they break down what a cover letter should include. I have been a recruiter before, and the statement of needing " 30 seconds to 2 minutes" to decide on a resume is true. A resume is a key factor for someone to get hired. 

I like how students are provided with different resources to find the correct job. I think it is really important that students focus on finding the right job for them. Not every job is for everyone. Treasure Finding was a great way of explaining it. You should work in a field that you like so it does not feel like a job. You should not just focus on pay but on the actual job description.
