I have been reminded that; "A rubric provides instructors with the opportunity to assess students' work consistently and more easily, as well as to think through the outcomes/objectives of an assignment to ensure that each is being measured completely and consistently."

Learned that; "Understanding communication differences among generations will help the instructor provide differentiated instruction. It will also help instructors alter their communication and/or design activities to more appropriately reach each student and help them achieve the learning outcomes/objectives. It will also help build a viable online learning community."

Seth Soronnadi.

Understood that; "A pattern of communication is basically defined as consistent forms of communication used frequently."

Seth Soronnadi.

Learned that: " Obtaining feedback from students to assess the technology communication tool in formative and summative formats provides the instructor with ongoing feedback throughout the course. Therefore, changes can be implemented immediately throughout the course and the entire communication tool can also be assessed."

Learned that, "Benefits of joining a professional organization include lifelong learning opportunities, networking events and perhaps most important, staying up to date on new technologies and resources that promote innovative teaching and learning practices."

I learned that "........ adults accumulate a growing reservoir of experience and that becomes an increasingly rich resource for learning. Now what this means is, as we go through our life, we have lots and lots of experiences, some that we get in the moment, others of which we ponder for years, and most of which are acutely experienced in a way that causes a different form of learning.""

That; "Rather than asking “any questions?” the teacher should know what the students should be asking and should ask those questions to the students. It takes a little more time, but it really benefits the students in the end."

Learned that; "The most effective teachers monitor the communication regularly, adding comments or asking specific questions based on student responses."
