The striking point for me was to  keep the students interested and concentrated. In addition, maintaining constant self-reflection as an educator is a must.

Building relationships with the students and using their names when speaking to them helps them feel more respect for themselves. Being encouraging and paying attention to students' worries assist the students.

This course was very helpful for me to identify the various aspects of adult learner and how as an instructor I should identify and care for the needs of the adult learner.

Proper planning, demonstration and the use of varying presentation style is inevitable.

 Ice breaking session with the introduction of self and the students.

I learned the significance of objectives, check list, syllabus and being on time.

This was indeed a great informative session. 5Cs were definitely one of the key points that I am planning to adapt. Second take away point was the professionalism.
