I’ve learned that when interacting with prospective students, it’s important to make them feel comfortable and well-informed about any questions they have. I want them to feel confident in their decision about school, and I also want to show that I am knowledgeable and able to assist whenever they need help.

Doing the right thing means following rules, being honest, and acting with integrity, even when no one is watching. I plan to apply this by making ethical choices in my work, being transparent in my actions, and holding myself accountable to the highest standards.

I’ve learned that documenting internal audits is key to keeping things organized and making sure any issues are addressed quickly. I plan to apply this by keeping clear records and sharing findings promptly so problems can be corrected efficiently.

This module showed me that internal audits help keep the school organized, spot problems early, and improve how things are done. I plan to apply this by paying attention to processes and making sure everything is documented and running smoothly.

So far in this module, I’ve realized how important essential workforce skills are, like communication, teamwork, time management, and professionalism. I didn’t fully understand before how much these skills matter alongside technical knowledge, especially in fields like healthcare and technology. I plan to apply what I’ve learned by managing my time better, improving how I communicate with others, and being more responsible in group projects. Focusing on these skills now will help me be ready for real-world jobs and work effectively with others in my future career.

I prefer a coaching approach, working one-on-one. I adapt to each person some learn by doing, others by reading first and then practicing.
