Critical thinking can is essential for the students to learn and apply what they've learned to different problems. 

Student engagment is important to keep students involved and is facilitated by the instructor.

Active learning gets the students involed and increases retention of information.

I learned about 

ADDIE- Analysis, Desin, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. 

Giving students feedback is essential for them to learn and succeed. 

I learned to make sure I am always planning ahead so that I can be effiecient and effective for my students.

Time management and organization are key to completing tasks on time and not to overload the instructor/student.

I learned that we need to caption all our videos and recordings for students with disabilities.

There are different tools available to instructors to help students with disabilities.

We have a legal responsibility to ensure we are providing the tools necessary for students with disabilities to learn.
