About me

I've been a career educator for over 20 years. I currently serve as the Academic Coordinator for Brookstone College of Business and continue to be active in the classroom as a Business Instructor. My motto is "A student doesn't care how much you know, until they know how much you care." I was honored to receive the Career College Association National Teacher of the Year award in 2001. I just love teaching!

Hi Edward, You can't react to allegations of a student cheating. Do just as you have done. You have to see the student actually cheating. The information is good because you can really watch the alleged cheating student, and if you catch them cheating, you reprimand them according to your school's policy. Patricia Scales
Hi Melissa, I like how you encourage your students to come to class by giving quizzes unannounced. We have to do what we can to encourage our students to attend because attendance is vitally important. Patricia Scales
