Having a Plan B is great and also redirecting the students would be essential to teaching especially when the students need it.

I think the 10/20/30 wil be helpful for power point. I also want to give my students more time to take notes from the Power point slides when I am lecturing to pause too.

I feel being organized and ready is key to teaching. When I start my class the students always know I start on time and am always ready for them.

I personally prefer multiple choice questions test for my students due to this is how the national cerification test is given. Helps them when they are going for that test.Esssay are great however not everyone has the same writing ability.

I find when I do ask my english as a second language learner questions I always give them more time to answer due to them transulating it in their own language. This is something that helped me when I was younger and didn't speak english.

I found it interesting about Webquests require students to independently find and evaluate information. Social media or course web pages provide opportunities for students to interact without being physically together and I also like the flipped model as well.

I always try in incorporate my life experiences when I teach. The students always remember when I tell them specfic story that happened about what was in the lecture.

Technologyis key and the future of the classroom however it is important for students to realize that can't be on the phone constanly in the real working world.
