Set expectations early and communicate with students where they are at in their life cycle, provide students with the ability to communicate with you and respond to them as early as possible

I've learned although  students are attending an online course Instructors must still be aware the students have different learning abilities and some might need to have the topics presented in different ways to meet their learning needs.

This course has enlighten me on the use of RUBICS as a vital tool in teaching

Preparedness is the key to professionalism, arriving early greeting students with a sense of excitement about the subject matter being taught will create a sense of enthusiasm with the students
