Activity

I think the creators of the course are right in saying that gamers have an intense interest and focus on attaining their goals. I think that these are great ideals for the classroom. My only concerns are that students barely get the required work done as it is, and our limited course templates.

My role is to provide information and to treat everyone equally.

Some accommodations requested by a person with disability may not be applicable. Such requests would not be approved.

People with the same disability may still have some differences in their ability to deal and function in life. This is due to different personalities and circumstances.

There is a difference between provided accommodations and assisted learning.

Repetition, repetition, repetition!!!!!

5-6 people in a group works best. Picking groups for the students helps them branch out and develop communication skills.

I learned that moving around the classroom is good and using hand gestures. I do know I have some annoying tendencies when speaking like saying "um" , for example. I have to work on that. I need to use more examples as well.

ive been a student most of my life so i agree a well layed out syllabus which covers all content, test scheddules and policies is very important!!!!

Teaching is not just about instruction but also coaching and leading by example
