I think it is good to offer ways for students to learn to deal with stress. The goals and schedules of assignments helps them to prepare for their careers which are also stressful.
I have not heard of progressive muscle relaxing but it makes sense. I think it might be helpful for students with anxiety before tests.
I learned that the most effective type of lesson would involve already having a visible component or physical structure to represent. Blood cells in a blood vessel floating around, for example. I would like to make one where they encounter the different cells as they travel through the vessel and they can interact with them and learn about them.
I don't feel I can apply it at this time in our curriculum however I feel it is important to grasp the concepts as they begin to become more and more common in industry use.
I learned I need more memory, a graphics card, and a VR headset if I want to use any of this technology
VR may be a way students can complete skills they need to learn in an online schooling environment.
I think It has an equally bad and good impact on students. The students will also have to care enough to insure answers are correct and be noble enough not to plagiarize directly from the bots.
I would like to encourage the use of AI to help them understand. I would hope and encourage them to back up whatever answer AI gives them with another reliable source such as their textbooks.
I learned That AI can be used for several purposes including assisting, content generation and even a companion in times of desperation. although it is incapable of emotion, it can still provide someone to talk to.
I frequently use ChatGPT to create images and enjoy it. I have used DALLE to make images for my courses. Sometimes it doesnt quite get it right though. I have learned that there are several types of AI bots and that this technology has actually been around since the 1950's.
