Orientation should involve some kind of fun activity to engage the students and promote interaction.

There is an expectation that you will hand them a job if there is the mention of specifically "job placement".

Giving the students a way to connect with each other online will create a sense of community.

Intervention should not be a one time thing and is a multifaceted process.

Stress is the root of most students giving up and also the root of all disease!

There are ways to prevent students from leaving and early intervention is key.

I do like the idea of holistic assessment but I do feel it would have to be blended with actual graded assignments.

The three C's are cooperation, collaboration, and compromise.

There are so many different styles of learning and our course material should reflect , encourage and facilitate that.
