I realized how many of these suggestions I have done wrong and will try to improve.

I liked the video about the Inclusionary Dimension.  I hadn't thought of that and it makes sense.  I also had not thought about the walking about the class during tests wasn't the best idea, even though I have done it for years.  I may just park myself in the back of the classroom from now on.

I just try and be fair, keep control and redirect the unwanted behavior.  I find walking the class to stand next to inattentive students useful as well as 'reviewing' the topic with them by asking questions.

I liked the idea to include on the first day real world examples of why or how to apply what the students will learn in the class.

I learned when and how to give feedback both positive and not so positive.

I learned how to respond to criticism.

Take time to listen, focus on what is being spoken.  Slow thoughtful process is good.

I learned a few new things about creating presentations and the use of visual aides or slides.

Good and bad, change jobs, change life.

Summary of this is to be the leader you would want to follow.
