I'm fully aware of such services for disabled students.  It can be difficult when a student makes the next step to a Post-Secondary school with arrangments not being made in advance for disabled services.

Some students with learning disabilities will slide through without informing the school or teacher and some will inform you. I make adjustments for the class when necessary if I find a student needing more time and clarification.

I understand the need and use objectives in the course subject matter of provide to my students.

What I need to do moving forward is testing myself more before I hand out  mid term practical exam just to see if revisions need to be made.

Sometimes after the fact it could be something minor or moderate that needed a change. I've revised teaching material before but sometimes it has happend after the fact.. it's a hit or miss.....like how come I didn't see that coming.

So now I will be putting into practice by test myself with the course material.… >>>

Student evaluations are not sufficient to revise the course you are teaching. You will need multiple resources.

Feedback is key for the educator in regards to making sure the lesson being taught is understood by the students.
