These tools are vital in today's learning space. Some many people are walking ar4ound unaware and unconnected to the life experience that surrounds them.

I will be following this particular activity daily:

Challenge myself to practice the strength every day for one week. Also selecting a role model that posses a strength that I wish to develop.

The importance of feeling that what we do matters. Connectivity to our career and self has to be cultivated daily.

The PERMA self assessment piece of asking oneself the those 5 questions daily as a way of monitoring the sense of wellness was very meaningful to me.

The section on accomplishing clerical tasks in a balanced and efficient way was very helpful.

I am definitely a to do list person. This module provided me some additional insight in how I can fine tune my to do list process to be more efficient.

Green and orange students may be at risk for not having their needs met in the traditional lecture-based learning model. They have difficulty with structure and lectures. These students would not thrive in a rigid lock step delivery model.

It seems that the traditional eduation world is geared toward the gold and blue students. I would strive to create activities that would appeal to… >>>

This module was extremely interesting. I have participated in a few of the personality assessments discussed in the module and find that there are some consistencies that ring true for me. Jung- I assessed as an ENTJ.

While the pure Jung followers would argue that once and ENTJ, always an ENTJ. I have found that my personality traits do adapt to the situation at hand.  The old saying...."know your audience". After years of feeling like a bull in a china store, I have learned that gaining awareness and understanding of one's primary personality characteristics allows for adaptation to the situation… >>>
