Setting the tone of expectation and comportment in a professional school is important; we are in a different type of educational setting and ensuring there is no misunderstanding of this is the job of all the faculty.

Orientation has a lot riding on it. Making the expereicne more engaging can put to rest any reservations a student might be having and show them the resources that will help them accomplish what they are there for.

This is important topic for people managers but probably requires some training by experts!

This is all a bit above my pay grade but understanding that these types of planning tools and programs are utilized helps to understand the different functions of roles in the admin side of the institution

I really appreciate the idea of inclusive planning as a way to ensure that many voices are heard. This also helps to expose the next generation of leaders to expereinced leadership ideas
