I learned how important it is to be prepared for all instances that may arise in the classroom as well as how important it is to prepare a thorough syllabus to help guide not only the classroom but also the student.

I learned how important it is to not only keep a positive attitude toward my students and the subject matter, but also how important it is to model the behaviors that I want my students to reflect within their chosen fields.

I have learned how important it is for student's to know that someone is there to provide both academic and technical support. It gives them a sense of safety. Also, I have learned how important it is to know the ins and outs of the CMS I am using, and how to communicate with my students successfully.

I learned how important it is for you to know the objectives of the course you are teaching and how you can reverse engineer your lesson plans to make sure each lesson can assure the students learn the objectives of the class.

i have learned how important it is create objectives that have measurable outcomes that the instructor and the student can both recognize.

Lesson plans are essential to running an efficient ans successful classroom. Having a structured plan helps to reduce anxiety in instructors and help give you a foundation to build on when teaching the same course again.

I have learned how important time management is preparing lesson plans. It is important to always have back up assignments in case your lecture doesn't fill the entire class period. This will help students stay engaged on the topics being covered that day.

That it is important to continually assess my grading style and criteria. To let others review my grading criteria that have more experience than me. Finally, to keep my grading up to date so that all of my students know where thier grades stand at all times.

I have learned how important it is to identify my students learning styles and create different activities that will keep each of them engaged in learning the material I am presenting to them.

I learned that I need to establish an open line of communication with my students and allow them to come to me with thier concerns and frustraions. I need to be a good listerner and try to work with them within the guidelines of the school.
