I liked how the templates are adaptable to each teacher's style, the students' learninng style, and course requirements.  I also like how the modules give the teacher a way to display to the students in a clear and concise manner what the course expetations are as well as how the students will be evaluated.

I liked how the templates are adaptable to each course, teacher style, student learning styles, and evaluation.  The modules also allow the instructor to display to the studnts in a clear and concise manner that allows the students to have a deep understanding of what the course will entail.

The most important lesson in this module to me was how to help e-learners manage their time and responsibilities outside the course.  As e-teachers we need to be able to effectivley help the students with tips on how to manage their time and provide an outlet if they are having any types of these issues.

The most important lesson I learned in this module was the advantage of asynchronous meetings over synchronous.  Asynchronous provides a btter forum for all learners to be able to participate at their full capacity.

I learned the importance of establishing a rapport with the students and maintaining that rapport with them throughout the coursse.  i also learned that establishing authority as the teacher is important but doing so must be done in such a manner that the students feel a certain level of comfortability wwith the teacher.

I learned the importance of being familair with all of he protocols that go into being an on line instructor.  The importance of making sure the students can clearly receive and return assignments, projects, and quizzes as well as particiapte in discussion forums to stay connected to each other and the teacher is a very important aspect of on line instruction.
