I like the idea of creating a course history to store effective teaching strategies, assignments, evaluations, etc. this gives the instructor a database of tools to refer back to when teaching the course again. 

Collaboration is an effective and efficient tool to help students who may be struggling. This gives other stidents the ability to assist struggling students to perform better in the course while allowing the instructor to guide the students in the right direction without too much involvement. 

Developing an overall organization plan to maintain a consistent presence in the class as well as allow time for all other tasks such as administrative duties will help the instructor facilitate the course better and be more focused on the students. 

The orginiz of the course is paramount to student success. The instructor must make absolutely clear all of the expectations of themselves and the students for the course. 

Students and instructors both need to adhere to Netiquette guidelines. There needs to be respect among all parties involved in the course so there are no disruptions in learning. 

Creating a student oriented learning environment helps the students to feel like they are a part of the entire course rather than just a body. 

Effectiv communication between the students and the instructor is essential. It is vital that the instructor provide various forms of communication so all students have the ability to communicate eff. 

Helping students of all capabilities manage their time effectively is a major key to their success. As instructors we need to ensure that all needs of the student are being met.

Collaboration among the instructor and students as well as among the students themselves is crucial to the facilitation of the course and student success. 

As instructors we must ensure the students have a clear and defined way of communicating any concerns or feedback to the instructor and each other.
