Developing a communication code of conduct fir young learners is very important. Living in a digital world we all take shortcuts when communicating most of the time in formally. When we are communication formally we must remember to use appropriate language. 

Implementing the various forms of technology into the course is essential for student success. Many students today spend a lot of time on line and using different social media outlets so having the ability to use them as part of the course would be beneficial. 

Instructors must prioritize student engagement during the planning design and conducting the course teachers as teachers we don't want students to lose interest in what they're learning or what their contribution contributing to the course. Keeping the course material and delivery interesting will keep students engaged as well as allow them to freely express any concerns or responses that they come up with.

Student engagement is a consideration that the instructor has to prioritize when constructing, planning , and conducting the course. 

Teachers need to be prepared to handle any issues that may arise throughout the course effectively. Different students will have different issues as well as potential technical issues have to be dealt with effectively. 

Clear communication between the student and teacher is vital. Lack of communication can derail student learning and effective teaching. 

When creating lessons and assignments the instructors need to be cognizant of what tools will be most effective and which won't be for the particular lesson and corresponding assignments. 

Providing feedback that is effective and meaningful to each student is crucial their learning.  As teachers it is vital that we provide feedback that each of our students can take to improve upon their learning when necessary.

The tips on how to effectively communicate with the students and showing them how to effectively communicate with each other were the most valuable lessons in this module.
