This course taught me about diffrent types of learners, why some students chose to leave the e-learning course. It has shown me how it can be difficult at times to instruct on line as it is in class due to the same disrubtions a student can give. 

I have learned the diffrence between asynchronous and synchronous and with whom and when to use them. I have learned that feedback is a vital part of e-learning and should encourage participation, confidence, and motivation. It should contain critizim if it is needed in order to fully help the student understand the subject. 

I have learned that we can take what we have ben implementing in the classroom enviornment such as respect, motivation and how to uderstand each individual student to e-learning. 

I have learned that teaching on e-learning is not as simple as one would assume. I think that this course has helped me realize that as an instructor I need to be able to nvigate the site, in order, to put assignments on and answer the students in a timely manner. I have learned that it is not easy for every student to adapt to the e-learning as well as the instructor especially when their is a software malfunction, or the computer system and software are not all compatable with the Course Management System.
